Size & Fit Guide

How to measure
Doboks and belts are sized by height and waist, not age. Two students the same age can be two sizes apart. Measure in bare feet against a wall for the most accurate read.
Rule of thumb: when you're between two sizes, size up. The drawcord trousers take up the slack, and kids grow into a dobok fast.
Dobok sizes
Our standard poly-cotton and Tigers starter doboks follow the same size chart. Match the student's height to the size row — the age column is a guide only.
| Size | Height | Typical age | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 000 | 110 cm | 4–5 | Tigers |
| 0 | 130 cm | 6–8 | Children |
| 2 | 150 cm | 10–12 | Children |
| 4 | 170 cm | 14+ | Teens & Adults |
Sparring gear
Dipped-foam gloves, foot protectors and head guards are sized S–L.
- Gloves & foot protectors — sized by hand span and shoe size.
- Head guard — measured around the forehead; the fit dial takes up the rest.
- Mouthguard — one size, boil-and-bite to mould at home.
